"When I played Pop Warner Football, I had a great deal of fun. You could be a kid, you could run around, you could laugh, you could holler. Those were great moments."

The Highland Titans

The Highland Titans work to provide a well organized youth football and cheerleading program in the town of Highland, Indiana.  Since 1999 the Highland Titans have worked with the children of the community to provide an enjoyable youth sports experience.  Focused on health, safety, and a spirit of teamwork, the program has been instrumental in helping build the confidence and community spirit of our children and yours.

Our goal as an organization is to introduce children to the concepts of youth football and cheerleading and to prepare them for continued success in Middle School and High School, not just athletically but also scholastically.

Since it's inception, Highland Pop Warner has enjoyed an excellent safety record.  This is due in part to the strict safety guidelines employed by the National Pop Warner organization. (Pop Warner - Safety First) These guidelines are enhanced by the expert instruction of our coaching staff, our top of the line equipment, and the caring and devoted attitude of all of our volunteers towards the children in the program.

Philosophy of the National Pop Warner Program

Pop Warner Football is an international program operated for the benefit of its youthful participants. Since 1929, the program's philosophy has been: Academics and Athletics go hand-in-hand. At every level, Pop Warner Football seeks to develop well-rounded young men and women who learn not only the fundamentals of football, cheerleading and dance but also the importance of education, in an atmosphere conductive to developing sound mind, body and character - and having a good time along the way!

The general objectives of Pop Warner Football are to inspire youth, regardless of race, creed, religion or national origin, to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship, and physical fitness, as reflected in the life of the late Glenn Scobie "Pop" Warner.

Pop Warner strives to make the game 'fun' for all boys and girls. The program stresses learning lessons of value far beyond the playing or spirit days of the boys and girls involved, such as: self-discipline, teamwork, concentration, friendship, leadership, and good sportsmanship.
