2011 Cheerleading and Football Registration

Registration and Paperwork Turn-in Costs and Discounts

Lincoln Center Sign-ups:
April 30th 10 AM - 2 PM
May 14th 10 AM - 2 PM
June 4th 10 AM - 2 PM

Last Paperwork Turn-in:
July 9th 10 AM - 2 PM

Physician Days:
April 30th 10 AM - 2 PM
May 14th 10 AM - 2 PM
June 4th 10 AM - 2 PM

July 16th 10 AM - 2 PM

Registration Costs - includes $30 discount card cost
Football - $180 (players keep their jersey)
Cheerleading - $165
Discounts

$10 Early bird discount if you register on July 30th
$10 discount on 2nd and each additional child
Late Fee
There is a $20 late fee for all members who turn in paperwork after the August 1st deadline.  This policy applies to all registration methods (in person, mail-in and on-line)

Registration Requirements
To speed up the registration process, parents/gardians are encouraged to print and fill out the required forms below and bring them with you to registration.  Please make sure all photocopies are clear and readable.

NOTE: If you are paying on-line or via mail you are required to either mail or hand in the above paperwork at one of the registration or paperwork turn-in days listed above.  Your child(ren) must also attend one of these days to be weighed and fitted.

Refund Policy

  • The base registration fee is refundable until the NIPWLS official weigh-ins on 8-13-2011.  ($150 for football and $135 for cheerleading.)

  • The online registration fee and fundraiser (Discount Card) charge are non-refundable

  • An additional $35 will be charged for football players whose jerseys are no longer in new condition

  • No refunds will be given until Highland Pop Warner equipment/uniform has been returned

  • None of the registration fee is refundable after the NIPWLS official weigh-in date on 8-13-2011

Additional Information
Highland Pop Warner will attempt to field a team in every division.  In the event that we do not have enough children to field a division, we will attempt to move a child to another division.  If we are unable to field a division and unable to move the child to a new division, the registration fee will be refunded under the guidelines of our refund policy.
