There is a $20 Late Fee for all members who register after or do not have their paperwork turned in by August 1st, 2010.  This applies to all who register at Lincoln Center, by Mail In Registration or Register Online.

Parents can print the Registration Forms ahead of time in order to speed up the registration process. Returning players will be provided a copy of the HPW Participant Contact Sheet to update.

Football players who register by mail or online must attend one of our registrations or paperwork turn-in day to be sized for equipment and to weigh-in.

Registration Requirements

All photo copies must be clear and readable.

Children will not be able to practice unless they have turned in:

  • Highland Pop Warner Participant Contact Sheet (returning players will receive a copy to update)

  • Copy of Birth Certificate (for children who did not participate last season)

  • 2010 Pop Warner Physical Form

  • 2010 Pop Warner Participant Contract

  • Zero Tolerance / Adult Behavior

  • 2009-2010 Final Report Card

    -Grades Must Be Shown for Entire Year

    -Middle School Kids will need 1st and 2nd Semester. 

    -Highland Grades Schools should include both sides

Can You Volunteer?

Do you want to help?  We are always in need of volunteers.  We are looking for people to help with the following:

  • Cheer Coaching/Assistant Coaching

  • Team Parent

  • Organize the Family Picnic

  • Organize the Concession Stand for Home Games

  • Work the Concession Stand

Refund Policy

  • The base registration fee is refundable until the NIPWLS official weigh-ins on August 14th, 2010.  ($135 for football and $120 for cheerleading.)

  • The online registration fee and raffle ticket charge are non-refundable.

  • An additional $35 will be charged for football players whose jerseys are no longer in new condition.

  • No refunds will be given until Highland Pop Warner equipment/uniform has been returned.

  • None of the registration fee is refundable after the NIPWLS official weigh-in date on August 14th, 2010.

 

Additional Information

Highland Pop Warner will attempt to field a team in every division.  In the event that we do not have enough children to field a division, we will attempt to move a child to another division. If we are unable to field a division and unable to move the child to a new division, the registration fee will be refunded under the guidelines of our refund policy.
